The fabric type and color of the item to be decorated can determine the decorating method you choose. The number of colors in the logo and its size will also be a key factor in determining which method is appropriate for your budget and the look you want. If your logo or design is large and you need a large quantity, then screenprinting would be the decorating method of choice. If a richer look is what you want, then embroidery is the right choice, with its higher perceived value.
Additionally, to achieve a unique look, any combination of embroidery, screenprinting, sublimation and/or tackle twill/appliqué can be used together in one design. For instance:
1. We can sublimate softball action photos onto white twill fabric, custom cut the fabric into letters that spell out the team name and sew the letters onto a sweatshirt using the tackle twill method.
2. We can screenprint a coral reef background and embroider the tropical fish to give the scene a 3-D effect.
