Screenprinting is done by forcing ink through a mesh screen onto the fabric, one color at a time. A separate screen is required for each color of the design. This process can accommodate a simple one-color logo on a white background or a complex multi-colored design on a dark background.
A 36-piece minimum is required for each screenprinted order. (See the Sublimation section for smaller quantities.) A screen set-up charge of $28 per color, per location will apply. Screens are held for 1 years. Reorders placed beyond one year from the date of the last order will incur new screen set-up charges. Garment prices include a screenprinting running charge for a single location, left chest size design with up to 3 spot colors. Please contact us for orders with multiple locations and/or designs with more than 3 spot colors.
