| a. In the Detailed Instruction field, include additional information (such as: location, thread colors, dimensions of final logo, etc.) needed to process your order.
Before submitting your order, please check the items in your Shopping Cart. Once your order has been submitted for processing, you will see the acknowledgement screen with a confirmation number referencing your order.
IMPORTANT: Reference this Order Number for all inquiries.
Within 1 business day of submitting your on-line order, you will receive a follow-up e-mail message confirming your order is in production. If you have a custom logo, you will be requested to upload your art file at this time.
