| 2. CHOOSE APPROPRIATE DESIGN OPTION |

| a. Select your DESIGN OPTION from the pull-down menu. (This is a mandatory field.)
Choose from:
For Custom logos, you will be prompted to upload your art file by e-mail, once you have submitted the order on-line. If you have a custom logo, skip to Step e below.
a. For Stock Embroidery Designs, select the design name. If you have a custom logo, leave this field blank.
b. For Stock Text, select the font. If you have a custom logo, leave this field blank.
c. Select your thread color for your Stock Text. If you have a custom logo, leave this field blank.
d. Type in the desired text. For personalized lists, use the Submit Logo button in the Shopping Cart to submit your list. If you have a custom logo, leave this field blank.
e. Select the color and size of the garment(s). Enter the quantity for each color/size combination. After entering item(s) into the shopping cart, go back to the item to order quantities for other color/size combinations of that style.
