REFUND POLICY

AnaheimEmbroidery.com provides custom decorating and, therefore, is not able to accept returns or issue refunds unless the product (hat, shirt, etc.) is defective. Please notify us within 10 days of any product defects for a Return Authorization. Any product returned without a Return Authorization from AnaheimEmbroidery.com will not be credited or returned.
