How do I place an order? The How To Order page will walk you through the simple steps of selecting the right apparel or accessory and pairing it with the ideal decorating method that will present your company logo professionally.
How will I determine whether embroidery or screen printing is the best decorating method for my custom design or logo? The Design Options page will help you decide what decorating method is ideal for your design. You may decide that a combination of methods will present your logo in a new dimension!
What is Tackle Twill/Applique? Tackle Twill is most commonly seen on athletic uniforms. A players name and number is designed with twill fabric, custom cut into the chosen letter style, then sewn onto the garment with a zig-zag or satin stitch. For more details, go to the Tackle Twill/Applique page.
What is Sublimation? The Sublimation process uses heat sensitive ink to dye the design into the fabric rather than on top of the fabric, as screen printing does. For more details, go to the Sublimation page.
What set-up charges will apply? Set-up charges vary, depending on what decorating method(s) you choose. The Design Options page will introduce you to the available options. From that page you can go to the specific decorating method page (such as Embroidery) to determine whether any set-up charge will apply.
In what file format does my art need to be submitted? Screen printing and Sublimation require high quality art files to achieve a quality finished product. We can accept Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or .eps files. If you are submitting a Photoshop file, it is very important that the image is created at a resolution of 300dpi (dots per inch) or higher.
For images that will be digitized for embroidery, the resolution is not as critical, as long as the detail of the image is clearly visible. Digitizing requires that the artist translate the art into stitches, and thus, does not directly use the art file submitted to create the final product. Go to the Design Options page for further details on the decoration method of choice.
How long will it take to get my order? Production time for embroidered stock designs and reorders is 5-7 working days (not including shipping time). New embroidered designs require 10-15 working days (not including shipping time). Screen printing, sublimation and tackle twill/appliqué orders require 10-15 working days. Some promotional items may require more time to produce. We will advise you of the productiom time when your order has been accepted, if it will be longer than 15 working days. Production time begins with the receipt of sufficient artwork.
AnaheimEmbroidery.com will work with you to accommodate your required timeframe, if at all possible.
